IJF Australia are proud to announce the awarding contract of Joinery Works, working with HACER GROUP on the VSB Assemble project.
VSB Assemble is a mid-rise build-to-rent (BTR) development offering 284 dwellings, with dedicated amenities and open space for residents.
The project is to be built on the former Australian Liquorice Company factory site in Brunswick, just 5km from the Melbourne CBD.
The IJF Australia team look forward to working with HACER GROUP once again, to deliver high quality experience to this development.
Construction has already begun, with IJF Australia scheduled to commence on site works in 2025.
