As Project Operations Manager, Phil leads IJF Australia’s national project and site operations, overseeing the full lifecycle from project set up and manufacturing through to on-site completion. He is accountable for ensuring projects are delivered safely and on time.

Phil works closely with the GM Finance & Commercial to monitor financial performance and operational outcomes. He drives process improvements by collaborating with the Supply Chain Manager to strengthen manufacturing and logistics deliverables. With a focus on client relationships, Phil ensures IJF continues to deliver projects that meet quality standards and customer expectations.
