IJF Australia are proud to announce the awarding of our joinery works contract for Tattersalls RSL in collaboration with Richard Crookes Constructions.
Located in Sydney’s CBD at the former City Tattersalls Club site (194‑204 Pitt Street), this landmark redevelopment blends heritage‑listed club architecture with a contemporary 50‑storey tower delivering 241 luxury residences and a boutique hotel component.
Our joinery scope is designed to respond to the project’s dual character — respecting and activating historic fabric, and executing precision‑craft joinery across the new residential and hospitality zones. Key focus areas include built‑in joinery in tower apartments, high‑finish joinery in hotel guest areas, and coordinated material flows that honour both the heritage podium and the modern tower.
The IJF Australia team looks forward to partnering with Richard Crookes to deliver exceptional joinery outcomes in this high‑profile, mixed‑use development.
