Located in the heart of Surry Hills, the project revives the heritage-listed ‘Tyne House’ warehouse (1915-16) and rises as a 19-storey boutique tower of 264 thoughtfully designed guest rooms.
Our joinery is crafted to reflect the layered narrative of place: rich timber veneers, warm industrial materials and bespoke finishes create a seamless blend between heritage and contemporary luxury.
The IJF Australia team took great care to ensure consistency of materials, precision in installation and alignment with the project’s high-design intent. We are pleased to deliver quality joinery that honours both the architecture and the guest-experience vision of Ace Hotel.
