Situated on Melbourne’s Spencer Street in close proximity to Southern Cross Station and Etihad Stadium, Upper West Side marked IJF Australia’s largest high-rise residential project to be completed for Multiplex.

Designed by Cottee Parker Architects Pty Ltd and developed by Far East Consortium Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd, Upper West Side is one of Australia’s largest city developments with the capacity (amongst all 4 towers) to house approximately 4,000 people.

IJF Australia manufactured joinery both locally and offshore. The installation process was managed using a highly experienced team of up to 20 site staff on this comprehensive project.
