New Project Announcement – 352 Macaulay Road by KAPITOL GROUP

IJF Australia are proud to announce the awarding contract of Joinery Works, working with KAPITOL Group on the Macaulay Road project.

Greystar’s fourth BTR project in Australia, located at 352–400 Macaulay Road in Kensington, will deliver 443 premium apartments across a seven-level, 9,555-square-metre precinct. Designed to set a new standard for living defined by connection, community and convenience.

The IJF Australia team look forward to working with KAPITOL Group once again, to deliver high quality experience to this premium development.

Construction has already begun, with IJF Australia scheduled to commence on site works early 2027.
