IJF Australia are proud to announce the awarding contract of Joinery Works, working with TOGA on the Macquarie Rise project.
Macquarie Rise is a mid-rise build-to-sell (BTS) development offering over 250 dwellings, with dedicated amenities and green open space for residents.
The development includes a two-storey podium with commercial office, retail spaces and residential lobby areas.
Above will be three residential towers ranging from 12 to 14 storeys with 265 apartments from one to four bedrooms.
The IJF Australia team look forward to working with TOGA once again, to deliver high quality experience to this development.
Construction has already begun, with IJF Australia scheduled to commence on site works late 2025.
