IJF Australia is proud to announce the awarding contract of Joinery Works, working with Probuild on the West Side Place Apartments project.
Built for Singapore’s Far East Consortium, West Side Place will provide the ultimate luxury living experience in Melbourne’s CBD.
Set to transform the former Age newspaper site at 250 Spencer Street, West Side Place will become Victoria’s largest residential development.
The first stage of this iconic development will house 1376 apartments over two towers, as well as the tallest hotel in the southern hemisphere – Melbourne’s first Ritz-Carlton hotel at 270m high.
West Side Place will be a welcome addition to Melbourne CBD’s skyline, overlooking Southern Cross station.
Construction has commenced with IJF Australia’s first joinery works scheduled for March 2019, with a completion in 2022.
