IJF Australia are proud to announce the awarding contract of Joinery Works, working with Lendlease on the Melbourne Connect, Student Accommodation project.
Located on the Carlton site of the former Royals Women’s Hospital, Melbourne Connect will be home to thought leaders, emerging talent and innovators, from around Australia and the world.
Designed by Woods Bagot and Hayball, this hub of ingenuity features 35,000 square metres of A-grade office space for the Melbourne School of Engineering, co-working and commercial tenants, a FabLab, Science Gallery Melbourne, retail and a 3,000 square metre shared meetings and events space.
Just minutes from the Melbourne CBD, this stunning development is set to become the new gateway to the University of Melbourne, and will represent the innovation and design IJF Australia are renowned for.
IJF Australia are honoured to partner with Lendlease on another incredible project, and bring forward the future of student accommodation. Lendlease have commenced construction, with IJF Australia scheduled for installation of joinery works in the final quarter of 2019.
