This mixed-use residential and commercial development is set to transform the former industrial site into a landmark cultural asset and employment hub for Melbourne.
Malt District will offer 209 timeless one, two and three bedroom apartments, and some spectacular SoHo-style apartments, as well as contemporary retail and hospitality spaces.

Probuild have commenced construction, with IJF Australia scheduled for installation of joinery works in April 2020.
