Mixed-use Botanica Residences, South Brisbane, boasts 179 residential apartments over 20 levels. IJF Australia provided all interior joinery including kitchen cabinetry and island benches together with mirror splashbacks and mirror overhead wall panelling, shaving cabinets, linen cupboards, wardrobes, shelves and study desks, plus exterior joinery to the rooftop BBQ area.
As part of the overall joinery package, IJF Australia also completed the restaurant fit-out including banquet seating, louvre screens and feature wall panelling. All joinery was manufactured locally by IJF Australia. Project Coordination and Installation was managed and completed by the IJF Australia team.
