IJF Australia are proud to announce the awarding contract of Joinery Works, working with Multiplex on the Dorsett Hotel, as part of the Park Release in the West Side Place Stage 2 project.
The Dorsett Hotel will occupy levels 3 to 8 within the building and consist of 316 luxury guest rooms and suites. With a 4-star rating and an enviable location within the West Side Place development, the Dorsett Hotel will no doubt become one of the best accommodation options in Melbourne.
The IJF Australia team look forward to continuing the great working relationship with Multiplex, and delivering another successful project together for Far East Consortium. Site works on the Park Release have already commenced, with IJF Australia anticipating joinery installation to commence in mid-2021.
