IJF Australia are proud to announce the awarding contract of Joinery Works, working with Hickory Group on their first NSW-based project, the Ace Hotel.
Located in Sydney’s trendy Surry Hills, the Ace Hotel will stand at 19 levels tall, offer 264 hotel rooms and include a rooftop bar and dining, that will be sure to impress even the most discerning guest.
Situated on top of ‘Tyne House’, an early 1900’s heritage warehouse, the completed project will marry the old world with the new, creating a contrast for which the Ace Hotel brand is renowned for.
The IJF Australia team look forward to partnering with Hickory once again and are thrilled to be involved in their NSW debut and this iconic project for developer, Golden Age. Hickory Group have already commenced works on site, with IJF Australia anticipating joinery installation to commence in early 2021.
