IJF Australia are proud to announce the awarding contract of Joinery Works, working with Probuild on the Malt District project.
This mixed-use residential and commercial development is set to transform the former industrial site into a landmark cultural asset and employment hub for Melbourne.
Malt District will offer 209 timeless one, two and three bedroom apartments, and some spectacular SoHo-style apartments, as well as contemporary retail and hospitality spaces.
IJF Australia is thrilled to be able to once again partner with Probuild, and bring to life another stunning development that has all the hallmarks of quality work.
Probuild have commenced construction, with IJF Australia scheduled for installation of joinery works in April 2020.
